sees a good opportunity

It’s confirmed, dad is coming to pay me a visit this Saturday. Actually, I’m not the one on his agenda here. But, it’s good to hear that way. Anyway, he is going to attend a week long seminar somewhere in town. And, he is a pain as I have to make all the necessary arrangements and bookings. I guess that is the role of the son.

Well, mom sees a very good opportunity to ask me to buy a Moen kitchen faucet and other kitchen accessories. She knows I can get one here, then I could hand it over to dad when he goes home. He could carry it home.

Mom has been thinking of renovating the kitchen for a long time. The only problem is that she can’t find the right accessories in our small town. So, when she learns dad is going here, she makes sure dad will bring home the things she needs. I wonder what our kitchen would look like now she is planning the whole thing.

realization to the path we take

In our lifetime, we often find ourselves wondering if the path we take is the right way. Lucky for some that they made the right choice, but some may realize that it’s not the kind of life they want. Well, that’s exactly what happens to my friend who finishes college, but took another course that is way too far from the previous one.

got to start my hunt the soonest

Hubby needs to buy a new laptop briefcase the soonest. Actually, he already has one, but mistakenly left in my parents’ house that is miles away. We don’t want to hassle my old folks to have it brought or send here.

Also, buying a new one is a good option because he wants to use leather briefcase than a nylon fabric. Of course, leather is of better quality and is also more durable. Other than laptop he also places a lot of items in his briefcase making it the bag a lot heavier. That’s why he really needs something that is durable. So, leather is his first choice even if it comes with higher price compared to other briefcase materials. I think price would not matter as long as the product will deliver its job.

Anyway, I’ll start my hunt for the best laptop briefcase. He needs to get the best one that suits his need and keep his laptop safe.

continuing my search

Wow! The weather is so nice. It’s raining quite a bit, but it’s just enough to cool down the place. I have no problem with little rain like this. But, I feel a little sleepy since there is not enough sun to brighten the place. Again, I have good reason not to go out of the house, which makes this a good opportunity to update my blogs. I have not been updating them for quite some time.

what hinders me to watch ‘Eclipse Movie’

I have to say, I’m a little late for this. But, I really feel terrible that I wasn’t able to watch “Eclipse.” I do have the intention to go to the movie house when it was shown. Schedules, pending tasks, combine with low budget hinders me from doing so. I can’t do anything about that at that time.

Now, I’m already free from any tasks and I already have the money, it’s no longer there. Too bad! I think I’m the only person in this world who wasn’t able to watch it. Sigh! Well, I have no choice for now. I will just have to wait for the release of the DVD. Hopefully, that won’t take too long. I’m still very eager to watch it.

Like I said in my earlier post, wifey  sister will graduate soon. We are just counting the days or rather months before it happens. Well, all of us are excited about it. For now, my girl and I are thinking of the best graduation gift for her.

All of our options will run out of value after quite some time. It’s better to give something that continually increases if not maintain value even after several years.
