Aside from barbells and dumbbells, I also want to try dip bar. Based on my research it’s a strength training equipment that targets triceps, shoulders, chest and parts of the back. Most people say that it’s a good exercise that helps develop and tone upper part of the body, which is what I needed other than getting rid of my belly fat.
When I told wiffy about my intentions of purchasing one, she said: “No, use your barbell first and I might change my mind if I see you really working out. I bet it will just add up to your unused stuff after a few days.” Sadly she’s right. I must have the determination first before even buying one.
