This is really true. I have been trying to exercise combine it with weight loss programs and yet I am not seeing the results I want. But, as I dig more information on the web I found some tips of getting rid of tummy fat faster. I just hope it works.

Reduce the amount of fat you consume on a daily basis. When we eat a lot of fat, the excess will be stored around the organs because our body only requires small amount of it for energy. Excess fats increase the person’s risk to diabetes and heart attacks.

Eat protein rich foods than red meat. Our system has difficulty digesting red meat, which is then added to the belly fat. Red meat tends to lag around the belly area more readily than those other sources of protein.

Eat a lot of fruits every day. Fruits will provide the body with the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly. It helps the body flush out unwanted substances and toxins that can promote weight gain.

Continue exercise. Physical activities help the body speed up metabolism. A 30 minute of workout at least 3-5 times per week is enough to get rid of the unwanted fat rather than sitting the couch the whole day.
