It’s been a long time since I last visited a gym to do an exercise, probably almost five years. Come to think of it, I used to work on dip machine, treadmill, and weights. I was able to build mass in my chest, arms, and legs. Well, after I decided to stop I bloated like I crazy. But, now I was able to maintain a weight that is still a little beyond my desirable weight.
However, the mass that I built before is still there. They are just too sloppy. Hehehe! Definitely they are not the same as before. That is why I want to revive them and give them beauty. How to do that? Simple! I just have to work out again. But, there are too many rescheduling that needs to be done. Let’s just see if it’s possible for me, though.
