We all know that there are very few acting offers coming her way, Lindsay Lohan seems set to fall back on her music career to keep herself afloat. Apparently, Lindsay and new pal Lily Allen, known for her scathing lyrics, have decided to join forces for a new album, with plans to head into the studio sometime this summer. La Lohan, as she’s often called in the tabloid media, and the British hitmaker Lily was in the US doing promotional duties, and hit it off so nicely that they even got matching finger tattoos after hanging out together a couple of nights. But their friendship goes beyond that, with the stars thinking of going into music together. Not that Lindsay is a stranger to making music albums, of course.
Lindsay Lohan is not a stranger to music herself. In 2004 and 2005 she put out no less than two albums, both with a reported very personal note, but only the first actually performing any way in the charts. “A Little More Personal (Raw),” the follow-up to “Speak,” was dropped after a while by Lindsay’s own record label, as the star repeatedly failed to show up at scheduled press meetings, as well as to meet her contractual obligations regarding the promotion of the album.
Considering all of that, perhaps Lohan should watch her back as to her friendship with Lily. The British singer, although undeniably one of the most talented of her generation has made a reputation for herself of always putting her feelings after a breakup into song, so this could be pretty embarrassing for Lindsay.
